HOW IT WORKS
EASY - QUICK - GOURMET
4 steps and your gourmet dish will be ready in less than 15 minutes
Cook the pasta
Boil 1 liter of water with 10gr of salt for every 100gr of pasta. When it boils, pour in the pasta and continue cooking for the time indicated on the package (usually about 10-15 minutes).
Heat up the sauce
While the pasta is cooking, pour the sauce into the pan. Heat over moderate heat to avoid burning the whole thing.
Combine it all
Drain the pasta, then pour it into the pan directly into the hot sauce. Still over moderate heat, continue to cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring it all together.
MAMMA MIA!
Turn off the heat and let it rest for another 2 minutes. Pour the pasta into the dish and enjoy! Serve hot, but not boiling, and your dish is ready. BUON APPETITO!

Era da tanto tempo che non mangiavo una pasta così.
